  1. Purpose of collection and use of personal information
    - Manage and differentiate the operation of LotteMart Point services to members (accumulation / use of points and other special services).

    - Improved sales of goods / services.
    - Processing of personal information for Marketing and Promotion purposes
  5. Membership is open to individuals who are over 17 years of age / already have an KTP / SIM.
    If you are under 17 years of age / do not have a KTP / SIM and wish to become a member, you will need the guidance of a parent or legal guardian.
  6. Membership registration in the application will be sent a verification via SMS.
  7. You will not be charged an annual fee for this membership registration
  8. Membership of LotteMart Points can be revoked / terminated at any time. Any abuse, failure to follow the terms and conditions, or misrepresentation,can be used as a basis for revoking / terminating your membership.
  9. Membership deletion can be done by the customer with the following: all LOTTEMART POINT BALANCES HAVE WILL BE ERASED and the same identity can be used for re-registration after 30 days from the process of membership deletion.
  10. You will get a member number / card number (virtual card), and you will not get a physical card

Terms & Conditions

  1. Every transaction using this virtual card, you are entitled to earn points or cashback.
    If you shop at Lotte Mart store, the cashback point you will get is 0,5%-1,0% with a maximum of 150,000 points per day LotteMart virtual card can only be used at Lotte Mart stores and the points you get can only be used at Lotte Mart stores.
    Lotte Grosir virtual card can only be used at Lotte Grosir and the Cashback you get can only be used at Lotte Grosir stores.
    The amount of Cashback is subject to change with the announcement of the previous month.
    The Points or Cashback calculation does not apply to purchase of cigarettes, eggs, baby milk, Top Up and Bill, sugar > 20kg, flour > 20kg, and rice > 20kg Point and cashback calculation does not apply to customers with grade as TRADER/DAYPASS If you shop at Lotte Grosir store:

  2. By accumulating a number of points, it can be used for shopping cuts.
  3. The point validity period is 1 year from the date you get the point & The Cashback validity period collected from transactions from December 1 of the previous year to November 30 of the current year will expire on December 31 of the current year. Example: CASHBACK accumulated for 1 December 2022 to 30 November 2023 will be forfeited on 31 December 2023
  4. Points that are forfeited cannot be returned or exchanged for goods
  5. If there is an application error that is not caused by a member error, you can retrieve your Points by contacting and attaching supporting evidence
  6. Since the Application operates through systems that rely on communication networks, electricity networks, etc., which may be beyond our control, we cannot always ensure that the Application operates at all times, but we will make all reasonable efforts to ensure our systems can be accessed at all times. moment
  7. For the recovery of Points, if it is proven that the error is on our side, the records in our possession will be conclusive evidence for the balance or number of points to be recovered.
  8. We reserve the right to refuse point recovery if it is proven that it is not our fault or for the case of the account being stolen or misused
  9. We have the right to make the final decision if there is a dispute in the point redemption process.
  10. We may provide new services related to your account from time to time and these new services will be governed by these Terms and Conditions.
  11. In the event of termination of the application, data retention is 6 years, we will provide notification 1 month in advance via posters in LotteMart and LotteGrosir stores.
  12. If a violation occurs and or we have good reasons to believe that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, we may suspend or terminate membership.
  13. Damaging recorded data by any means is a criminal act. We will not process transactions if the account is proven to have been tampered with or misused.
  14. We have the right to claim and recover costs, expenses, losses and damages suffered or incurred by us or our partners as a result of tampering and fraud.
  15. We may change these Terms and Conditions with prior notice. A copy of this latest version will be available in the application.
  16. Please inform us immediately, if your account is used by another party without your knowledge.
    We are not responsible for any form of point loss caused by misuse of your account or mobile device
  17. LotteMart Point members are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions after registering as LotteMart Point
  18. By installing the Lottemart point application, the customer agrees to the use of data by 3rd parties, accessing device and location information.
  19. The logo, application name, brand cannot be used without permission from the intellectual property rights holder.
  20. Failure of Lotte Mart / Lotte Grosir to enforce certain terms, conditions or guidelines does not mean eliminating the terms, conditions or guidelines itself
